Using the platform

• You may search for providers and read reviews without an account
• To leave a review, you must agree to our Review Guidelines
• Provider listings contain user-submitted and publicly available information

Reviews and content

• Reviews reflect the opinions of individual users, not My Caring Guide
• We moderate reviews for compliance with our guidelines
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies
• Providers may respond to or dispute reviews

Provider claims

• Providers may claim and manage their listing after identity verification
• All profile changes are reviewed before publication
• We maintain a change history and may override edits

Limitations

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of provider information or reviews
• We do not provide booking, payment, or referral services in this version
• Ratings and rankings are algorithmically generated and should not be treated as endorsements
