Thank you Bupa Armidale. Gerard is 84 YO who requires 3 by 1 hour compression trouser therapy every day. Bupa staff are diligent and careful in this requirement of Gerards care. Gerard is complimentary of the standard of meals throughout the day. Most importantly, Gerard is enthusiastic in his praise of the carers and he frequently speaks of their kindness. Gerard is very comfortable in his room for excellent temperature management and the cleanliness of his room and bathroom. Overall Gerard and his family are very satisfied with the Total care he receives. Gerard wishes that we sincerely complement the overall Management team and the Nursing team for their efforts and support to the numerous carers. Congratulations and sincere thanks. Almost 1 year in BUPA'S care.

Bupa Armidale welcomed me when I came out of hospital and looked after me with excellent care. The staff supported me with everything I needed, including help in the bathroom, meals, and activities. Every carer was kind, caring, and attentive, helping me regain my confidence until I felt ready to manage on my own at home. I am truly grateful for all the support, compassion, and care I received. Thank you to everyone at Bupa Armidale.

Bupa aged care Armidale were there for my family when we needed it. They made every effort to make my father comfortable while he recovered from surgery and didn't hesitate to check in on him. I'm very grateful for the kind caring teamwork of the staff. Thank you.

Some months ago, my husband became quite unwell, and after spending some time in hospital, we felt that the best care for him would be at Bupa. We have had a strong connection with Bupa for many years, as both of my parents enjoyed living in their units and being part of the community at “Hilton,” as we used to call Bupa. Sunil, the General Manager, leads an exceptional team that is incredibly caring and attentive to Peter’s needs, as well as the needs of our family. My husband finds the meals very nourishing, and there are many activities that he is looking forward to joining. We feel very blessed to be part of this wonderful community, filled with loving and caring staff who consistently go above and beyond their normal duties to support everyone in their care. -Margie

My Father was in this facility for nearly 2 years, I have worked in age care before but I would like to say the facility is well kept and clean. I have never seen so many carers that actually care, they went above and beyond for my father. Due to his state at this time he was very difficult some days but they just smiled and carried on with their work. I would also like to mention the management what an understanding team they are,always wanting to make sure everything was alright. I know what it feels like to put a loved one in age care, as I said before I have seen many facilities of these type, but I would recommend this facility above all of them. The biggest reason is they actually CARE about our loved ones.

Sunil and Mayah have made the transition for my grandad very smooth. Very helpful and caring. I love how attentive they are to detail to ensure my grandad is comfortable and that I am at ease.
