Discover the delightful Bupa Ashfield, a modern care home set in the beautiful Inner West of Sydney. You’ll be close to the local community with a neighbouring school, park and aquatic centre just down the road. Outdoors our home is surrounded by established deciduous trees, landscaped gardens and blooming flowers and shrubs. For those with a green thumb, you can enjoy our wonderful raised flower beds. My 90 year old mother was admitted for respite care at Bupa Ashfield for 4 weeks. She was taken care of so well by all the staff. Everyone was kind and compassionate.It was my family's first experience admitting my beloved mother in an aged care facility.The Bupa Ashfield team made it less overwhelming for all of us. Thank you.SC

I am a close friend of Myrna. Myrna has been in Bupa Ashfield for 2 years. Myrna has been happy in the aged care. I am happy with the care and support provided to Myrna. She is well looked after. Staff are very kind to her. They also update me every month and when there is a change for her. She was struggling before she moved into Bupa, she is in better hands now. They give her all the care she needs and also the best people here. When I come to visit her, they are very kind to us, and the girls are very lovely to us. The aged care is very clean and homely, you feel like you are at home. ❤️❤️

A absolutely beautiful aged care home, with kind and caring Bupa staff with attention to detail personal care for each resident. With my father a resident of the care home almost 5 years this year , the compassion the Bupa team have showed me through the years , the understanding tailored for my father needs . Also the with exciting bus trips each week to different venues and adventures, which myself enjoys going along to support my father . The General Manager Suraska of Bupa Ashfield is truly a rare gem , all my nursing needs for father are met , beyond expectations! Also a special thank you to lifestyle coordinator Shristi makes life extra rewarding for all the activities that makes so happy and beautiful memories, makes the residents day ! Clean , organised, respectful Bupa care home . Thank you ❤️🫂

My husband Maxwell is very happy with the care and services provided in Ashfield. He enjoys his stay and mentioned that the staff are very friendly and encourage him to participate for all activities.

The staff at Bupa Ashfield are just amazing. My mother has late stage Alzheimer’s and she is so well cared for by the staff and specialists. The Nursing and caring staff are so vigilant and caring, and show such kindness to everyone. They are also very supportive to our family which has made a huge difference at such a challenging time for everyone. 🥰

I have a family member who has been a Bupa Aged Care in Ashfield for 6 months. I am happy to say that he is looked after very well. The staff are very kind and polite when I interact with them and I feel that there are enough staff employed there to handle the work-load. When I press the 'call-button' to request help, someone comes to his room straight away to assist him. His room is kept clean and it also had been renovated right before he had moved in. I highly recommend Bupa in Ashfield for anyone who is considering respite or permanent care for their family member. Richard.

I would like to share my positive experience with BUPA Ashfield Aged Care. My parent has been a resident there since April 2024, and I have been consistently impressed with the quality of care and service provided. The facility itself is very clean, well maintained, and welcoming. It is clearly well staffed with trained professionals who provide 24/7 care, which gives me great peace of mind knowing my parent is supported at all times. The meals served to residents are cooked fresh daily and well balanced. What truly stands out is the staff. They are genuinely caring, kind, and extremely helpful. They take the time to communicate clearly, keep me informed about my parent’s condition, and always follow up on any requests or concerns I raise. Their professionalism combined with compassion makes a significant difference, not only for residents but also for families. Overall, I am very pleased with the level of care my parent receives at BUPA Ashfield. I have had no issues since my parent’s admission and feel confident continuing their care with this facility. I would highly recommend BUPA Ashfield to families seeking quality aged care.
