My mother was at this facility for many years. She was well looked after, especially in the final weeks. There is a good variety of activities and great amenities for the residents.
My husband, who just celebrated his 90th birthday, was hospitalised since December 2025. On 18 March 2026 he was transferred to Advantaged Care for respite of 21 days. At the hospital he became withdrawn, couldn't eat and his cognitive function has declined. Prior to admission he was active and independent, driving his car, attending medical appointments, banking, shopping etc. He became very frail and disoriented. This change in him was alarming. After seeing him settle in the Nursing home and having witnessed the level of care and genuine interest in his welfare by the staff, I was greatly relieved. I never came across this level of excellence in nursing care, the appetising, varied diet with plenty of fresh fruit, the pleasant environment conducive to healing and wellbeing designed by creative and mindful architects. I could only fully appreciate how labour intensive nursing a frail person is, when I brought him home. He liked it there, but he longed to go home, where he lived for past 63 years. The staff in the Nursing home made it look easy, but they were "an army", while I was alone, looking after him 24/7. I am still waiting for the funding from My Aged Care to be released. I am 77 years old and have my share of medical problems. We decided to keep him at home as long as possible, but when his condition deteriorates, we would love to place him permanently at the Edensor Gardens. I know not of a better place. I am deeply grateful to the Nursing staff, the assistants and the admin. workers for their professionalism and dedication to duty.
My family would like to acknowledge and thank Sheila Jeptum the CCC at EG for her consistent compassion, patience and professionalism when assisting my mother Margaret. We are very grateful for her support and the work she delivers at EG, always with good humour and kindness. She is much appreciated. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to RN Sandhya Ale who was on the overnight shift when my mother fell late last night. RN Sandhya kept a watchful eye over my mother during her shift which my mother really appreciated. Sanhya's kindness and professionalism is very much appreciated by all of us.
Hi, my mum was here for 3 months, but sadly passed away on the 31 of March 2026, her care there for those 3 months was faultless, the staff are incredible, nothing was to much trouble, especially in her last days, once again thank you so much, The Arena Family, xxoo
My mother is a resident at “Advantaged Care at Edensor Park” recently she suffered a stroke, she is not a well woman. The Clinical Care Coordinator, Sarojini Rao is looking after mum. She is the most caring, fantastic & supportive person. She has ensured that we fully understand what the Dr's are saying and the caring way she has spoken to us regarding what these last days will be like for mum. She along with the staff at Advantage Care, are taking the best care of mum for us. Thank you Sarojini for being the person you are.

It is with sincere, heartfelt gratitude that we thank the management and staff of Edensor Gardens for the outstanding care given to our Mum, Mary. As a team, in your various roles, you provided a safe and homely environment that Mum called home for the past four years. Working with vulnerable and dependant elderly people can be challenging at times but we witnessed, first hand, genuine care and compassion for the residents. Your kindness and compassion were even more evident in Mum’s last few weeks of life. Not only were you there for Mum, but you were also there for us and your support meant so much to us. There are certain criteria that you find in a good, aged care home. These include; a welcoming and homelike atmosphere, person centred care, a safe and well-maintained environment, caring staff, a diverse range of activities, nutritious meals, professional medical care and good communication between the residents, staff and family. We can honestly say that Edensor Gardens ticks all these boxes. So it is with deep appreciation that we thank all of you for everything you have done for our Mum, Mary and we have no hesitation in recommending Edensor Gardens as a place of outstanding excellence.
