Wow I called yesterday to enquire regarding care for my mum. My sister has just died in extremely tragic circumstances, and she was my mums carer. I had the misfortune of speaking to Lena, within 10 seconds I knew that I would NEVER EVER have anything to do with this facility. Rude, abrupt and her priority was to emphasize the cost of a room available. There was no interest in my mum, my family what our needs were. Arcare may be amazing however I will never have anything to do with a company whose representative is so rude to community members at the most vunerable time of their lives.
Mum moved to arcare glenhaven early June. The staff are wonderful, the meals are quality and the environment relaxing. We have made the right choice.
My 92-year-old mum stayed at Arcare for 3.5 month before she passed away. Arcare staff cared for mum in an amazing way and ensured she had a smooth transition as much as possible. They were genuinely helpful not only to her but also to the whole family. They surrounded my mum with heart-felt love and round-the-clock care throughout her stay at ArCare. Their facilities and meals were superior as well. Mum felt that she was staying at home and with her family. My family and I want to express our deep gratitude to Arcare management and staff for their love and the outstanding service they provided for my mum.
A fancy, poche, high class, luxury aged care facility with very lovely and helpful staff who take good care of the precious residents.
