I met Beatrice at Bupa Mosman aged care. She was welcoming and showed me around the property. It is well kept, with light coming through all areas due to the court yard in the centre. Will consider this for my father in the future.

Our mother has been a resident at the Bupa Mosman for over 3 years now. The staff have been absolutely wonderful. They are so caring and kind. Our experience has been everything we hoped for and more.

My experience with this nursing home was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the way it is managed. I was asked to leave under the pretext of inappropriate behaviour — an accusation that was completely unfounded. At no stage was I given the opportunity to clarify the situation, and the matter was handled in a dismissive and unnecessarily heavy-handed manner. Such an approach demonstrates poor judgment, weak communication, and a lack of professionalism from management. A facility entrusted with the wellbeing of vulnerable residents should operate with transparency, fairness, and respect — none of which were evident in my experience. I would strongly caution others to reconsider relying on this nursing home.

My mother has been fortunate to have stayedin this facility for respite and I must say we are very happy with everything. The staff is warm and welcoming. Nothing is ever too hard, they take care of the patients as they are their own family. My mother has had such a positive experience, she would not hesitate to stay permanently although she was apprehensive about staying in an aged care home at first. Communication with RNs have been easy and responsive, which takes the worry out of you. A special mention to compassionate and caring Beatrice who was my first point of contact. She made sure the transition was smooth and easy by preparing for mum's arrival in great details. Thank you for taking such great care of our mum, giving her such a positive stay in a warm caring environment away from home.

Ten-Day Stay at Bupa Aged Care Mosman – Review and Feedback Overall, my ten-day stay at Bupa Aged Care Mosman was a positive experience. Here are my observations: Facilities: The environment is spacious and well-lit, with convenient parking. Overall infrastructure is well-maintained. Food: The meals are varied and nutritionally balanced, well-suited to the dietary needs of elderly residents. Staff: The staff are friendly and compassionate. Managers and supervisors are open to feedback and actively seek to improve the quality of care. Additional Services: The complimentary hairdressing and massage services are especially impressive. The hairdresser and masseur are warm and engaging, often chatting with residents during service—providing not just physical, but emotional comfort akin to a “therapy” session. Personal Care: Personal care is generally good, though some areas could be improved. For instance, for residents with dementia, more professional techniques could be used to encourage cooperation during hygiene and clothing changes. Suggestions for Improvement: Some furniture is old but should still be kept clean and intact. For example, table and chair legs or stained floor areas should be cleaned regularly to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.

My mother has lived happily at Bupa Mosman for over a year now. And it is a joy for us family to see her so settled, and not wanting for a thing. She is wrapped up in a nurturing bubble of kindness, respect and care. It is truly a beautiful period for her now. Thank you to the Mosman Team
