Very rude reception

Staff members JULLiET and GITA are the best staff members I dealt with, they smile, talk and sing all the time with residents and guests, make the atmosphere enjoyable, thank you for taking good care of my mum
I am disappointed with my experience at SummitCare Smithfield. Unfortunately, students are not treated with the respect they deserve. On multiple occasions, I observed majority of the staff members displayed rude and unwelcoming behavior towards students, including the manager and admin staffs. The attitude projected towards students often made us feel uncomfortable, as if they were doing something wrong simply by being present. Students attend placements to learn, develop skills and contribute, and no student should be subjected to such treatment. A supportive and respectful environment is essential for learning, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving how students are treated in the future.
I'm interested in coming here with my mum
