Bupa Queens Park provides a caring environment with friendly and attentive staff and regular observation by medical professionals. Activities and live entertainment vary daily routines and the rooftop terrace, with views to the city, is a welcome breakout space for residents and their visitors.

My husband Boman was admitted to BUPA Queens park one week ago. From the moment I spoke to Usha Sapkota Bhandari at the front desk, later when she gave me a tour of the place, I was made to feel very welcome & I knew my husband was going to be in good hands. Usha has been just amazing. In fact All the staff here - from the CCM GP all RNs to all the carers, other admin, Atul the bus driver, to the cleaning, laundry, students ALL have been so kind, understanding, helpful, going out of their way to make my husband respite stay comfortable & safe. I am so relieved & really grateful. I can see how good the staff are to other residents here too. Bupa Queens Park nursing home has been an unexpected find & one that I would recommend to family & friends. Thank you

We found Bupa Aged Care at Queens Park as it is close to where our Dad lives and area is familiar to him. We also had friends whose family members were at Queens Park and very happy with the care. From our initial visit and subsequent welcome for Dad as a respite patient we were very impressed with the care and attention to detail of all the staff from administration to nursing care team, kitchen staff and the maintenance team who also welcomed us in the carport when we arrived as they were expecting us. Every question or query was answered promptly and we look forward to Dad settling more as the time goes on. He is very happy and gives us piece of mind that he is being cared for when we are not around. We would recommend Bupa Queens Park highly!

I am very happy with the care provided at Bupa Queen’s Park the facility is very clean well maintained and has such a nice friendly environment. The staff are absolutely wonderful kind supportive and always respectful it gives me great peace of mind and thank you to the whole team of Bupa Queen’s Park for amazing care and dedication you provide everyday.

Since the new General Manager Joy Ann started, there has been a noticeable improvement in the facility. It feels fresh, clean and much more welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is very positive. Most importantly, my mum is happy and comfortable, which gives our family great peace of mind. Thank you to the new management and staff for the care and effort you are putting in — it truly shows.

I couldn't be happier with Bupa Queenspark home! From the General Manager Joy to the clinical team, the RNs, the nurses, cleaners - everyone is amazing. The care my mum received when she was very ill went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate their dedication and professionalism. The home itself has been beautifully refreshed with new furniture, flooring, and carpets, creating a bright welcoming and homely environment. I feel confident and ease knowing mum is in such high , friendly and caring hands. A huge thank you to the entire team you are all amazing and this is the best care home and best general manager she is very caring and approachable.
