Choosing residential aged care for someone you love is undoubtedly one of the hardest decisions a family will ever make. We visited numerous homes before deciding on Infinite Care Cornubia as the place to make an application to, and from our very first interaction, we knew we had found somewhere that would not simply care for Mum, but would genuinely care about her. A very special thank you to Alvin Simon, whose professionalism, kindness and genuine care guided us through every step of the admission process. He made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable, always taking the time to answer questions and ensuring we felt confident in our decision. When you first walk through the doors of Infinite Care Cornubia, you are immediately struck by how welcoming it feels. The foyer is beautifully presented, the café creates a wonderful space for residents and families to spend time together, and the outdoor areas are peaceful and inviting. Mum's room is spacious, bright and thoughtfully designed, creating an environment that feels far removed from the traditional image of aged care. You can feel the sense of life and activity here at Cornubia. However, beautiful facilities are only part of the story. It is the people who make Infinite Care so special. Mum was admitted yesterday, and on her very first evening, her nurse, Charli, took the time to send me a message letting me know how Mum was settling in, how bedtime had gone, and reassuring me that she was doing really well. As a daughter leaving her mum in residential care for the first time, that simple act of kindness meant more than I can adequately express. It wasn't something anyone had to do—it was something she chose to do because she genuinely cared. Those small acts of compassion speak volumes about the culture of this home. Every staff member we have met has treated Mum with warmth, dignity and respect, while also understanding that families need reassurance during such a significant life transition. Our family genuinely believes we have found the very best place for Mum. She is safe, comfortable, respected, and already beginning to feel part of a community. To Alvin, Alissa, Charli and every member of the Infinite Care Cornubia team, thank you. You have turned what we feared would be one of the most difficult chapters of our lives into one filled with kindness, empathy and hope. Knowing Mum is surrounded by people who genuinely care gives our entire family a sense of peace that is impossible to put into words. For that, we are really grateful.

Denni in the cafe is so welcoming, she has exceptional customer service skills and makes delicious food and coffee.
The facilities at the home are excellent, the food is amazing great flavour variety and quantity. The Personal care workers are so considerate and kind very respectful my aunty says it is a home away from home. The nurses are always ready to help and are patient with the resident's. The management are always ready to help. We can't speak more highly of infinite age care Cornubia and would recommend this place to everyone that needs a family member well cared for.

My mum is there, also my exhusband. They have problems as expected, l hope they are all kept safe and well and always respected.
