My mother is a resident here, and we're so glad we found this aged care home. The staff are so, caring, and friendly. The centre is light filled and surrounded by gardens. My mum has a very large room and access to her own outdoor area. The food served and the special events put on for residents are terrific. I highly recommend this Narangba Aged Care.
Lovely place to be my mother has been here for 5 years and absolutely loves living here the staff are wonderful and look after the residents very well they never a complaint by me thank you Narangba Aged Care appreciate everything you do
My mother has been a resident of NAC for 1.8 years and we (her family) have been very happy with the home and the attention given to her by carers, nurses, and lifestyle facilitators. Thanks to the on-site chef and kitchen staff, the food is nutritious and special calendar events are celebrated with beautiful morning teas, cakes and decorations coordinated with the lifestyle team. Mum has dementia but finds enjoyment "in the moment" and while she has a lovely room, she enjoys being out among other people until bedtime - sometimes later! Many of the staff know her by name and give her special waves as they pass by when we visit. Nursing staff always communicate with me if there is anything needed for Mum's care, and the Doctor is located close by for any attention required. Most important of all, Mum is happy there.
I have a loved one who has resided in Narangba Aged Care for the past 2.5 years. I have found the care staff to be attentive, and the nursing staff to be knowledgeable, and good listeners(I tend to ask a few questions). They also follow up and communicate with me. The activities team work hard and encourage my family member get involved in whatever they have going on. My family are treated with respect, and are involved in all aspects of care. Thank you, Narangba Aged Care

Lovely facility for my Nanna who is 91 (although she feels like it’s a prison but that’s to be expected). Food is brilliant every day and there’s always A LOT. I’m sure the staff are fantastic and take really great care of the occupants however there is one lady on the front desk that is always quite rude/“too busy” to be nice to us and for that reason I am giving four stars.
