We are so grateful for the care and support our family has received at Arcare Springwood. The facility itself is clean, welcoming and beautifully maintained, which immediately gave us comfort. The staff are truly exceptional, compassionate, kind, helpful and genuinely caring. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble. They have supported us immensely during what has been a significant transition for our family. What stands out most is how family-focused the environment is. There is a real open-door policy, and we have always felt listened to and included. That makes such a difference. Most importantly, my mother-in-law is enjoying her time there and absolutely loves her room. Seeing her settled and comfortable gives us enormous peace of mind. We are very thankful to the entire team.

My mum stayed at Arcare Springwood for four weeks of respite, and it was a terrible experience. While the building is nice and the food good, the staff were awful—uncaring, rude, and slow to respond. They even poked my mum to make her move faster and spoke in their own language during personal care. We witnessed staff lying about incidents we had seen firsthand, making us question what happened when we weren’t there. I would never recommend this place. Thankfully, we have since moved Mum to a permanent residence where she is well cared for.
We recently had our grandfather stay in Arcare for his final days. I just wanted to say that the care he received from the Arcare staff was incredible. They made sure he was comfortable at all times and checked in regularly to see if he or we needed anything. They genuinely cared about the person they were looking after and we felt supported the whole time. I wouldn't have had him anywhere else (and he was very happy living there before his health went downhill). I can't thank or recommend the Arcare team enough.
