best and very quality full age care home for old people
Mum went into care on 8/4/25 in the St Joseph's wing of Nazareth House. We cannot praise the staff enough - there are not enough words to describe how wonderful they were! Mum was really looked after, as we were too when we visited - nothing was too much trouble. They always took the time to stop and chat and answer any questions we had. Nothing was a bother! Not one staff member appeared to have a bad day - they were all happy and clearly loved their job - and this showed in the care in which they provided. Even the cleaner with the music blasting some old songs brought a happy carefree vibe to hallways, residents and visitors. So if you are looking for somewhere that is caring, supportive, friendly and nothing is too much trouble then Nazareth Care is your place. Sister said to me that it is a privilege for them to be entrusted with mum's care and they did not disappoint. There is a light at the end of the tunnel with the navigation of aged care and it is Nazareth Care. Thank you.
My elderly mother has been a resident for over 4 years. My mother in law lived there for 5 The last 5 years of her life. I have always found staff to be kind and capable. There are activities every weekday, staff make continuous efforts to include residents and make everyone feel valued. The food is mainly cooked on-site. It's nutritious and tasty. I feel we are very fortunate that we chose Nazareth House.

My Mother was recently in care at Nazareth House. Mum passed away after a few days. We have nothing but praise for the staff. Mum was well cared for, and Dad and I were supported. I would not hesitate to recommend Nazareth House.
It was an experience that i will never forget but a pleasure singing in my school choir here once many moons ago.
Excellent care provided by the Sisters of Nazareth, nurses, catering, laundry and maintenance staff.
Nice interior brick and woodwork. If you're not Catholic there's a great view of the oil refinery and mouth of the river from the car park.
