Thankful for Clayton Church homes in Prospect! The staff from management to nursing to carers know their job and do it well. Also great to see the same faces each time mum needs respite. Mum has stayed here a couple times already, it’s like mum’s second home which is a great relief to us both. So thankful for the care and effort here!!
My mum was referred to CCH Prospect for 4 weeks respite. Her stay was very pleasant, the kitchen staff bent backwards to accommodate her gluten free- lactose free diet and ensured her meals were nutritious. Dr Barin was amasing in prescribing appropriate medicines and cream for her ailment. Her room was large and very comfortable, and I spent all day in the room with her for the duration of her respite, working in my pc with free wifi provided by the centre. The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating of any requirements I had as a carer. I did notice some lonely residents but the staff ensured they were looked after and filled their days with activities: if anything the lonely residents had little or no family visits ☹️ There is also a hairdresser in site to make the residents feel beautiful!!!! The admin staff was professional and very approachable and listen eagerly to any suggestion I may have and I had a few 😆 My mum visitors were impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the centre and raved to their friends that the centre was like a 5 star resort 🤣 All in all mum and I left CCH Prospect after 4 weeks with find memories. Keep up the good work 👍
