Nestled in the heart of the quiet town of Penguin, on the northwest coast of Tasmania, Coroneagh Park’s seaside placement is rich with open spaces and relaxing beaches. The home is based on an open plan design, with large corridors and glass that open up to a small courtyard. All areas are modernised with a homely feel, from quiet areas to common areas to congregate. The facility was substantially redeveloped in 2017 thanks to a $9 million project that introduced 33 new beds and a dedicated 15 room dementia wing to the facility. With its state-of-the-art redevelopment and thoughtful design, this home sets the benchmark for facilities in the area.

I would just like to thank all the staff at Respect Coroneagh Park penguin , from the admission to the care staff, that looked after my father for his last days.. There was nothing except compassion, professionalism and transparency from all involved.. I’d especially like to thank Tess, she went over and above in all aspects concerned and was faultless in every aspect, her unwavering support for the family was well above anything that could be expected. I’d also like to reach out and thank Bec & Bella, who always made sure there was comfort and peace for my father. I know I’ve forgotten some of the staff’s names, but the whole team showed compassion and empathy in such a trying time… this was far from a business transaction, it was a comfort to my family k owing dad was in good hands… Thank you Respect - Coroneagh Park, Mont St Vincent’s and Eliza Purton.
