Friendly staff nice location
We have a family member who has been living at Emerald Glades for a year. All of the staff are friendly and they provide respectful, compassionate care. Good communication via the app, or a phone call if necessary and all concerns raised by family are addressed promptly. Very happy with the care provided.

Had a really terrible experience. Long story short I moved my mum here. She had a traumatic reaction, and with 24 hours rather than support me and her through it, they told me to get her out. Went to a hospital and they couldn't believe what they had done. Further update just received an email asking me to remove the review or the matter will be referred to the lawyers. I'm more than happy to have this matter referred to the aged care commission.
