My experience with the admissions process at this aged care facility was quite concerning. The admissions officer came across as overly pushy, with a strong focus on converting respite into permanent admissions rather than taking the time to understand individual needs and circumstances. Instead of providing balanced information and allowing families to make informed decisions at their own pace, there was a noticeable pressure to commit quickly. It often felt like filling beds was being prioritised over ensuring the right fit for residents, which is unsettling when making such an important and emotional decision. Admissions into aged care should be handled with sensitivity, transparency, and respect for the family’s timeline. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those values. I would encourage the facility to review its admissions approach to ensure it is more person-centred and less sales-driven.
My family member, was receiving palliative care at this aged care facility, and I am deeply disturbed by what I witnessed. During what should have been a compassionate and dignified time, there were serious concerns that vulnerable residents were having money taken from them. In one instance, my sister’s ATM card was allegedly stolen by staff and taken for personal purchases. These are people at the end of their lives, completely dependent on others, and to exploit them in such a way is beyond unacceptable. Even more heartbreaking was how my sisters —and others in similar condition—were treated by some staff. There was a shocking lack of empathy, patience, and basic human decency. No one deserves to spend their final days feeling neglected, dismissed, or disrespected. This situation was reported to head office, yet no meaningful action appears to have been taken or reported to the authorities until after days. That silence and lack of accountability are just as concerning as the incidents themselves. I strongly urge anyone considering this home for their loved ones to think very carefully. A facility entrusted with care should be held to the highest standards, and sadly, that was not my experience here with my sister.
I want to sincerely thank the staff, Manager Shalini , Debbie , care staff (Sushma, Danny , Bini and rest of the staff. Reception staff for the exceptional care they provided to my self. I enjoy the food and have increased weight due to good food. Dr Wu and Physio is great as well . They do a wonderful job with my daily care, but what truly stood is their patience and kindness, especially during settling period. They always took the time to listen to me and made me feel truly valued and respected. My family is so grateful for their compassion. Eddy Bell ( level 3)
I would give it a 0 star if I could. This place looks nice from outside but horrible people work here. The manager of this place is extremely rude. Staff looks always hurried, never a smile when looking after elderly. It’s so sad to see. I visited my friend’s mother who was there for respite care. Hopefully never have to go back.

Clifton Views is an amazing facility! My family and I are so thrilled to have found such a delightful, caring and professional home for our darling mum and gran.. Where to start? The nursing and personal care staff here are gentle, caring, professional and have endless patience with the residents. Most importantly, mother is very happy in her new accommodation, and whilst she is still very frail, her strength and quality of life have improved immensely since she has moved to Clifton Views. Please, many kudos and grateful thanks go to the sensational nursing team on level 6, and the Well Being and Physio teams at Clifton Views!! The Patient Liaison manager Ms Debbie Tsia has been incredibly helpful (and patient!) with my many queries. I'm so grateful to her for her professionalism, kindness and patience. Many thanks indeed, Clifton Views!!
Staff are professional and friendly, especially care staff named Danny, he is very professional and passionate. Caring residents with the best practices and effective and keep the privacy and dignity as top priority. Also, care staff Shusma deserves appreciation for her professionalism and skills.
