I can't rate the Gisborne site highly enough. My father is so well cared for and his needs are met. Staff are all so friendly and nothing is too hard. Thank you to everyone who cares for him in every capacity 🥰

The care here is just absolutely incredible. We were very fussy with finding the right place for my beloved Nana. The facility is just gorgeous, beautifully appointed and provides a very glamorous aged care experience. Everything is so fresh and clean and exceptionally well maintained. The kindness of the staff in every role is second to none. Every person we meet is warm, approachable and so kind with the residents. They are just so well cared for, which is such a relief for our family. We feel so lucky to have been able to secure a room here. We love popping in with flowers and hearing someone playing on the piano or meeting her for a latte in the cafe on site or sitting outside in the afternoon sun. Thank you for everything Arcare Gisborne x

My mother has been living at Arcare for around eight months now, and considering it’s a new facility, we’ve been so impressed with the care she’s received. The staff are consistently kind, patient, and respectful. They truly take the time to make residents feel heard and valued. The management team is proactive and approachable they genuinely listen to feedback and act on it quickly. A special mention to Pat (I believe that’s her name) one day Mum was feeling a little confused, and Pat took the time to sit with her, have a chat, and help her settle. It meant a lot to both Mum and our family. We’re very grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown by everyone at Arcare.

My dear friend Paddy was in Respite for a few weeks recently and what an absolute beautiful facility. The staff were so friendly, its was exceptionally clean and Paddy was very happy and content with every service provided to him. This is not my first time at an Arcare facility, but this one feels different, like family. Amazing effort team Gisborne

Dear Jen. Just want to thank you & all the staff for the outstanding care of Paddy while he was in respite. Special mention to Patricia RSM, Jennifer RN, Stephanie Carer, Bella & Hasit Lifestyle. The staff are kind and caring, the facilities are beautiful. I couldn't be happier knowing that my mother-in-law is being well looked after.
