My husband was taken there for transitional care. He was placed in a dowdy dated room with an Alzheimer's patient who shouted most of the night. The staff made no effort to rectify this until hours later. My husband was very ill. The bed was a series of air filled rolls which hadn't inflated. He was not respected. The day staff were lovely the environment terrible..
Your staff made my dad so happy today bringing him a beautiful cake for his birthday! We thank you for your kindness & for looking after him. The Brown Family
Honestly folks. Your website is so vague. No real pictures. No indication apart from generalities. Nothing to encourage people. What are you afraid off?
Had a very, very close personal friend there for 3mths & she came out worse than she went in. She didn't have dementia as carers & stupid Management were trying to convince her family & me of. She now has never recovered & will never! Care & Food was & is appalling. Cleanliness was disgusting. Activities were boring & repeatative. Wouldn't put my dog or worst enemy in there. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVEONE'S IN THERE 😔🥺😤😫😯
We were originally pleased, but unfortunately, today has brought some disappointment in the care and meals.we are pleased this was a short stay and not permanent. There is room for improvement here.
The staff helped me understand how it all worked , i was very nervous at the start ,carol helped me without a fuss to settle in . thank you

My dad and brother stayed in here for 3 weeks for respite and they were looked after so well. I would have no hesitation in bringing them here again. Thank you
