My parents have just gone into Arcare Keysborough . It has been just over 3 weeks now . As always putting your parents into aged care is a tough decision and you want them to be in a happy safe Enviroment . Also going into a new facility will always have its little hiccups which is to be expected . Everybody has been so helpful and friendly to my parents , from Maitanence to , nurses and carers . We appreciate the time and effort everyone has put in to help our parents settle in and feel comfortable in the Kandy section . Having lovely caring helpful staff has been a huge help in this transition to aged care from their home . The facility is spotlessly clean , lovely and bright with lots of light streaming into all rooms . There is plenty of little breakout areas to sit and activities to attend during the day . The rooms are quite large and they are able bring many of their treasures from home , with a lovely little balcony to enjoy some sunshine and a cuppa . Our family would definitely recommend Arcare in Keysborough and our lovely Kandy area .
Beautiful, clean, and modern facilities with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are caring and professional, always making residents feel comfortable and respected. A great place for quality aged care

Since my mum developed osteoporosis she has been with Arcare, Keysborough. The team at Arcare takes excellent care of my mum who feels respected, safe, cared for and well maintained. The team at Arcare speak to my mum with respect and regard. The aged care facility is clean and tidy and well ventilated. Each room is fitted with reliable appliances and is snug during the winter and cool during the summer. I would have lost my mum if it was not for the consistent care provided by the team at Arcare Keysborough. Thank you team for caring for my mum. May God continue to bless the centre and keep the residents safe and well.
