Not as clean, I would like it to be and it’s like a jail People falling over in the shower people falling over in the hallways. Cleanliness is missing. And at Kyneton it is cold as hell. 😡
Verh professinal and kind people but mid facitys
Tired of looking at the same orange drink stain splashed on the wall near the fridge in my ex-neighbours room when I visit every month.

I could not be more impressed by the professionalism of this center. My mother had Parkinson’s and dementia, she was luckily able to get a bed in the dementia ward of this center. They were so loving towards my mum, they would braid her hair, give her kisses and cuddles... I was absolutely touched by how fantastic the staff are there. When she passed, the team were all very upset and gave us so much support. I wish there were more stars I could give for this center. ❤️❤️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
