I visited the facility on the weekend, looking for a suitable residence for my elderly father. I met with Ray who was extremely helpful, able to answer all the questions I had, and gave me confidence that my father would fit in well. The experience was extremely positive, and I’d like to thank Ray for his compassion and knowledge.

I'd like to.take a moment to pass on feedback regarding my dealings with Raymond at Abberfield. From the moment I first met Raymond until my Father became a resident, Raymond has been superb to deal with. He guided me through what was involved from respite to permanent care and has put my mind at ease with the care of my father. My grandparents identify as Greek and this was a really important aspect of the guidance we required. Raymond was exceptional... He was able to conduct an early morning tour on a weekend and assisted with the entire process from A to Z, which is something no one else was able to offer. He is a knowledgeable and receptive professional. We chose Abberfield exclusively based on his input. Thanks mate!
