Welcome to Regis Greenmount. Nestled in the tranquillity of the Perth Hills, Regis Greenmount is in an excellent location to relax and unwind. With five unique wings, the elevation offers stunning views towards the city and also towards the Bush. Overlooking the Railway Reserve Historical Trail, just two minutes from the Greenmount National Park, Regis Greenmount is surrounded by attractive flora and fauna. In fact, Greenmount has one of only two heritage-listed American Cypress trees in Australia in its gardens. This tree shares our spacious grounds with a century-old Moreton Bay fig and a towering Norfolk Island pine. Regis Greenmount offers 127 places and also features 2 Regis Reserve wings - offering TV, Wifi, dedicated dining and living areas, hairdressing, barber services and more. At Regis, we focus on every resident as an individual, so we can provide the best possible care and surround them with what will make them smile.

one of the WORST aged care facilities EVER... the incompetence of the untrained ''carers'' is obvious.. no skill or knowledge of caring for the aged, especially those with dementia. Routines performed, lack of care of personal clothing and belongings. Just going through the procedures. Time poor, skill level 0. AND the so called food has no nutritional value what so EVER. Processed, packeted or frozen food is just disgusting! NO ONE SHOULD PLACE THEIR LOVED ONES IN THIS FACILITY
As a visitor here regularly to two friends I believe looks can be deceiving. In my opinion this place is understaffed, unable to effectively understand and care for people with Dementia or any other significant need. The meals served are not appealing. Many staff have language barriers and from family reports the communication is exceptionally poor. It saddens me to visit my friends. It appears a complete overhaul is needed. A few years ago it appeared a bit better but seems to have gone downhill dramatically.
I would not recommend Regis Greenmount or Woodlands, possibly any Regis facility. They are very quick to take your money and that’s where the great services end. Added fees continually with no transparency. Drs who appear to be clueless and fail to identify serious illness or complete basic follow up. Items disappearing, clothes that are labelled lost in the abyss. Residents are treated like children by most staff and limited respect or empathy is given. Constant follow up and attendance is required by family to ensure their loved one’s wellbeing and complaints are either not responded to, met with defensiveness or promises made and no action taken. Management are equally poor, can’t provide any explanation for the lack of care or staff behaviour. They appear to have no skills when managing dementia despite having so many residents with dementia. I’m appalled that they have passed audit !
The staff are all amazing and made mum feel at home.. everyone was friendly and helpful.

My father was placed in care here 2 1/2 years ago as his dementia had progressed to the level that was beyond my family’s capabilities to care for him. Overall the care is great however since being in their care they have lost his hearing aids, wheelchair, walker and now his glasses. These are all items I would think from a care point of view would be considered essential. I have sent numerous emails, one reply even apologising for the inconvenience over the lost items. None of them have been found in this secure facility or replaced with new as they all were when he became a resident. I currently have a case open with the aged care quality and safety commission to try and resolve these issues. As it has just got to the stage where the nurses don’t seem concerned at all that these aids for fall prevention and my father’s quality of life have been lost. Footnote to this review. I closed the case with the aged care quality and safety commission after meeting with the management and receiving assurances that all issues would be addressed. Well it’s now been another six weeks since that meeting and not only has my father not received a credit for the glasses that have now been replaced twice. I received a call yesterday to tell me that one of his $2500 hearing aids is now missing after less than two weeks of being replaced. I am now beyond furious and can only come to the conclusion that this facility and Regis as a company are more about profits to stakeholders than the care of their residents. All I can say is be very wary if you are considering placing someone you love and care for in this facility.
New manager Richard has absolutely transformed this Regis home. I have been to other nursing homes and this one is by far the best. I’m giving it 5 stars because after a difficult start the staff have given my dad so much love and care that he is now doing very well. I have watched staff interact with other residents as well, and they are genuine and caring. The staff have been wonderful. Thank you Richard and team, I really appreciate all that you have done for my family.

Regis Greenmount initially provided our mother with 3 weeks of respite care, though due to unforeseen circumstance we needed to extend until we were able to find a permanent residence. This was not a problem the Regis Greenmount team. The team there are friendly and caring, and were responsive to my mothers needs and were always ready to help in any way they could. The facility is well-maintained and has a warm atmosphere that makes residents feel at home and has a range of activities and programs for the residents that the staff actively got the residents involved in. I’d like to thank the staff for their understand and assistance during a difficult time.
Regis Greenmount… WOW, what a special bunch of people that run this nursing home. Right from admission through to clearing the room after Mum passed, I cannot fault this amazing Aged Care facility. From the GM to the lovely lady in the laundry, and everyone in between, they have all been extremely helpful, considerate, compassionate, caring and professional. The facility in some areas needs some attention but as it is a working nursing home, these things take time but they are being addressed. However, the quality of care for our loved ones was outstanding. Would thoroughly recommend this facility as a consideration when shopping for a nursing home to look after your loved ones.
