I would strongly caution anyone who is neurodivergent or has variable support needs before engaging with this service. When I called, the staff followed a rigid script and refused to actually answer my questions, which was incredibly frustrating and distressing. I left the interaction feeling dehumanised and deeply disrespected. There was no flexibility, no patience, and no genuine attempt to communicate with me as a person. Access to information is a basic human right, and this organisation failed to uphold that. I sincerely hope they invest in neurodiversity awareness training for their staff so that others don't have to experience what I did.
