2 months agoExtremely difficult to get a hold of. Emails ignored for days, calls rarely returned, and when I did finally hear back it felt like an inconvenience to them. I ended up contacting service providers myself and chasing up my own plan queries — which is the whole reason I have a support coordinator in the first place. I shouldn't have to do that. Genuinely disappointing experience. There are good support coordinators out there, but this wasn't one of them. Look elsewhere.
