a month agoI reached out as a parent enquiring about Support Coordination for my child on the NDIS, but the lack of communication was extremely disappointing. I expected a simple response, some guidance, or at least an acknowledgement of my enquiry, but follow-up was either very delayed or did not happen.
When you are trying to organise support for your child, clear communication matters. This experience gave me no confidence in moving forward with their service.
