The support workers themselves are largely wonderful — caring, dedicated, and genuinely great at what they do. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the management and rostering team. On multiple occasions, I was left without critical supports for extended periods of time, with little to no communication, care, or concern shown by those responsible. For someone who relies on these supports, this is not just an inconvenience — it has a real and serious impact on daily life and wellbeing. It's a shame that such a capable frontline team is undermined by poor organisational management. I hope this is addressed, as the people receiving these services deserve consistency and reliability, not uncertainty and gaps in their care.
