as OT professionals they have a pen and paper or a laptop and tend to go back to their office and rewrite what they want and completely screw up and then when they asked to rewrite the report because it has multiple mistakes they still manage to make mistakes they don't prove read before they print and could stuff up somebody's (ndis) yes because of them which would lead to legal action by the participant or family for falsifying reports this is a warning to any ot's out here when you're told something by the participant and their family and they know more than what you know then do your job.
