LDK provides an environment which reminds me of my life experiences living in a different type of "village": friendly neighbours, a feeling of security, the option of engagement in a wide range of interesting activities, a caring ethos, easy access to helpful familiar people, great dining venues and SO generous in provisions for residents!

LDK Greenway Views is like living in a resort. Staff are so friendly, Views Restaurant meals are beautiful, activities and events are great, facilities are excellent - we are so fortunate to be sble to live here!

Great relationship between the staff and residents. When I visited I was so impressed with the joyful expressions of the residents and the noticeable positive interaction with the staff. It left me feeling quite happy that the marketing material was actually reflected in reality. Congratulations to all the staff.

I attended LDK for a carers pamper day as part of my university placement in occupational therapy. The facilities were wonderful - making the day particularly special. The staff were also lovely and accomodating to participants needs. I would love to return!

I moved into Greenway Views in November 2021. I liked what I saw from the first visit and the moment my daughter saw Greenway Views she said, 'this is where you have to be Mum'. The things I liked was the clarity of knowing all your costs upfront and the reassurance of not having to worry about rising costs. A lot of people think it's expensive, but I did the math and found that the costs are not more expensive. In fact, there was not much difference in the cost, but there's so much for difference in the support and services you get here. This includes knowing you can stay here till the end because of LDKs One Move Promise, care that’s available on-site and IT support whenever needed. In addition to all this, they live up to their motto of love, decency and kindness - not only in care services but in every service. There's such a positive vibe here, beautiful people, I have made so many new friends already and I am very happy.

I've been living in Greenway Views for nearly a year. I had seen other villages but most apartments were for couples. My one-bedroom apartment here is perfect for a single person. It has a lovely terrace looking at the gumtrees and town centre. I do tapestry and paintings and can put them up on my apartment walls. The staff are wonderful, they know my likes and my dislikes. I'm happy that I can dine in the restaurant or order the meals I like and the staff know my favourites - like fish and chips! My brothers come to dinner here and my neighbours from Kambah have visited me here to have tea and cakes. I've met many people and done so much since I've been here. I go to the knitting club and the gym and visit the podiatrist on-site. Through my home care plan I receive cleaning services and have a car to take me to physio and other appointments. I'm very happy and love it here.

The extraordinary thing about this place is the welcoming ambience, the luxurious look of the place, the 5 star meals in the restaurant - but beyond that, it's the authentic friendliness of the staff and how everyone treats you like a person who matters. They really listen, they know your name, your likes and dislikes, your food and beverage preferences. You enjoy the conversations, the personal connection. It's like being amongst old friends. During the lockdown, the commitment of the staff and management to the residents was even more evident. I tell everyone I meet about LDK, how committed the staff are to residents, the transparency and honesty in the LDK model that is shared upfront, right at the start you know your financials, the One Move Promise, the views from the apartments and the balconies. It's a marvellous place to live.
