Great place to live, everyone very friendly and the Aveo staff extremely helpful in every sense. Plenty of activities to join in (or not) and something new happening all the time. Oh and the gardens are just beautiful.

I am so happy I selected Bayview Gardens. It is in a beautiful area with lovely gardens and trees throughout. Beautiful walks over small bridges with paths winding through. Many small bus trips organised to interesting areas. Making new friends at the various on site entertainment options. The office staff are exceptional, what more can I say!

My wife and I have been enjoying life at the Village for 3 years now. It has not only met our expectations but exceeded them. It is very well managed and there are a wide range of activities and facilities available. The rainforest environment in which the Village is located makes for beautiful walks. We have made good friends in the Village and enjoy their "can do" attitudes to making the most of what the Village offers while also enjoying rich community lives outside the Village.

Beautiful village set in fabulous bushland gardens, with very helpful and caring staff. All the activities you could wish for and conveniently close to beaches, shopping and cafes. We love it here!

Wonderful helpful staff, lovely friendly residents. Moving to Bayview Gardens was a great decision as I'm very happy living here.

I have lived a Bayview Gardens for ten years. I must say I have been very happy and have made numerous new friends and acquaintances. The v Village has a friendly community atmosphere with many activities if you wish to participate. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and. that we enjoy our life , stay safe and well

Tha wildlife photography was amazing, it was great to some photos taken by such young children. We really enjoyed the other exhibits too. We hadn't been here for a while and will definitely come more often.
