“I regularly deliver parcels in this area for Australia Post and had previously been allowed to use the restroom. Today I noticed a new policy restricting bathroom access to residents and staff only. While I understand private policies, it can be difficult for delivery workers spending long hours on the road. A little flexibility or consideration would be appreciated.”

The property might be OK but the president of the strata management is a power hungry, slimy bully where even the female office workers don’t want to be alone with him in a room. Not worth the stress.
