Have only been here two weeks but it just feels like home. Jaki has made everything easy and couldn’t be more helpful. The people are very welcoming and helpful and amenities are wonderful.

We moved in a month ago and have been made very welcome by everyone. We feel part of the community after a very short time. The facilities are excellent and you can do as much or as little as you choose without any pressure. I highly recommend this community

Overall good however would suggest that when people are selling hometown insists owners pay for professional cleaners. Have spent 2 weeks cleaning. Place left very dirty oven fridge back deck snd furniture that we paid for very dirty.

Just moving in. Great introduction to the new community and very warm welcomes by the neighbours. Looking forward to meeting more people and enjoying the lifestyle and benefits of being in such a community.

Sunrise shamefully removed my review late last year. This unsustainable development complex, is a great example of how emerging developments are affecting crucial land for native wildlife. The destruction of wildlife corridors has dramatically affected the biodiversity of the amazing wildlife we have to offer in Port Stephens.

We researched a lot of over 55's lifestyle resorts before we settled on Sunrise at Port Stephens. The facilities are everything we were looking for,the management are always there to help nothing is a problem.We are glad we picked Sunrise. This is a Lifestyle.

Well I'm already giving this place a five-star talking to the lady in the site office she was explaining to me how it's going to be in four stages stage one is being built now you can go in now to the side office and look at the different sites overall I reckon it would be a great place to live when it is finished it's going to have swimming pool and if you have motorhome place for parking your motorhome I'm looking forward to seeing the first stage finished from mwh
