I recently visited Aveo Camden after a resident reached out to my cat rescue about adopting one of our cats, and I was impressed from the moment I arrived. The beautiful, mature and immaculately maintained gardens were such a warm and welcoming sight. The community manager, Lilian, was an absolute professional and a pleasure to work with — she ensured all the necessary paperwork was in order so the resident’s potential new cat could be reviewed and approved without a hitch. I was also fortunate enough to see the community meeting space, and I was absolutely blown away by how well presented, well cared for, and well equipped it was. The amenities available to residents are outstanding. The village itself feels just like a quiet, friendly neighbourhood — it certainly does not feel like a typical retirement village. Aveo Camden is clearly a place where residents can truly feel at home.

I have been a resident here for 2 years now and am very happy living in the village. The grounds and community centre are well maintained. Residents are very welcoming and there is many activities for you to participate in.

Beautiful retirement village in Camden. Beautiful gardens with country feel. 5 mins from the town of Camden with great restaurants.

A quiet space, nestled in Camden south. Retire in peace without the noise and fuss...lovely. Very close Camden Valley Inn.

Nice clean, quiet and good location but your property's value will be valued from the you purchased. The developer can make massive profits when you moved out say: after so many years...the developer give you same amount you bought years ago.
