2 months agoTheir community care leaves a lot to be desired. They cant seem to keep quality coordinators. Theyre either less than competent and nothing gets done, or they are competent and management pile more and more work on them, until they crack it and leave. During mums time under their auspices she had maybe two dozen coordinators, but only three of them were any good. Maybe they just don’t get the support they need from management but mum ultimately left and went with one of their competitors. Anglicare, who seem much more better run.
