This home is excellent The staff are lovely and caring The environment is lovely. Easy parking for family too

First time visit. From moment I entered I felt welcomed by staff and encontered lots of kind, happy, caring, and friendly faces to the end of my visiting time. Cleaness is something more to mention as amazing. Not to forget lots of positveness shown on residents faces too. Keep up the good work my dears. You are blessed to help lots of vulnerables through your job daily.

The ops manager was not so friendly. The dining hall looks great, but the TV/activity area is small. The rooms are small and dark, a little depressing.

The staff are kind and caring. They take the time to chat with Mum. She loves living at Warrina. The Care App is wonderful. Staff take photos of Mum for the app. Last week when Mum returned from celebrating her 99th birthday, the staff all sang Happy Birthday to her!

I’m going on eighty five and I’ve been in the warrina residential aged care home for a couple of weeks while my son was on vacation. I’m absolutely amazed how the staff manage to cope with all that’s going on. I would like to thank especially Tom and urika. And everyone who helped me with my going to bed Etc. I also want to thank everyone that works in the canteen especially those who helped us with the breakfast. Not to mention the receptionist she was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Thanks so much for your kindness and understanding and support. I’ve got an ulcer on my right lower leg so it’s healing pretty quickly since I was admitted to the retirement home. Thanks to the doctor for advising me about the treatment for the issues I have with the aches and pains including the swelling and ulcer. If I could I could give you a 100 star review
