The purchase of my new property at Teraglin Village, Chain Valley Bay was so easy. Unfortunately I had a very long settlement due to my buyers circumstances, but Amanda, the manager, could not have been more understanding. Everything to do with the contract was explained to me in detail and with patience. Teraglin has such a lovely feel to it and I am very happy that I moved here.

Apart from the constantly increasing site fees Teraglin Lakeshore is a lovely place to live The photos are from the street in front of our house

Looks nice but if you speak to the locals notmuch in the way of services for the village. I think quit hard for the elderly who have to take there garbage to the collection point. Ok if you walk or drive but not very good for those who have to ask others to help. Not much on in the way of social engagement for the villagers. And very little in the way of public transport to local shops.
