The staff are quite friendly but Lend Lease give you little option when it’s time to sell. You have to use them and they do nothing. 18 months after my mother vacated they still have not sold her apartment. Think very carefully before buying an apartment in Trebartha as you will be tied to dealing with Lend Lease.

Charming high rise Seniors complex in quiet location within two blocks of Kings Cross rail. Neighbourhood is hilly so walking may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Accommodation is in individual apartments with separate bedrooms, kitchen and lounge room. Many apartments enjoy pleasant views eastwards overlooking Rushcutters Bay Park and Darling Point. Building includes Cafe /Restaurant on ground level with gourmet meals and room service available. Surrounding areas are quiet despite dense local population and nearby main roads and railway.
