BUYER BEWARE : look at the "Community RULES" closely, very very closely. You may find that you will be living under a dictatorship with the Manager on site there. The homes are over priced. The Site fees $185 / week, a killer on a pension. My current local council rates are $300 / 3 months. $80 / quarter water rates. Do your math. At Ingenia they would cost $2220 apposed to $380 now.

Second Edit: And just to show how right I am, after sending another email on top of the four I already sent, after a week no response. Typical. Thank you Ingenia for proving I was absolutely right in what I say more than I ever could. Others, please continue to the review below. ---------- This would be a nice over-55's retirement park run by Ingenia, if it wasn't absolutely hopeless in enforcing the "under 55's" rule judging by total inaction of management of those WELL under 55 defacto now living in the park and using the facilities without escort or paying for them - its a joke. Complaints to management seem to have gone totally ignored judging by the fact that a well known lady towards the centre of the park who is in her early 40's (and in breach of the lease terms) seems to be firmly rooted to the spot despite multiple complaints being made for her to move on after SIX MONTHS! The precedent set will only explode problems as everyone ignores the rules and this is happening before our eyes. Soon without swift and firm action this place will be no different to Woy Woy South - The Bronx. If you cant get your fundamental claim right of being an over 55's village, how do you expect to get anything else right? Good facilities ruined by poor ineffective management who refuse to enforce the rules and wonder why everyone gets shirty with them! Not to mention the gate debacle, the security camera issue which has MANY people hot under the collar!
