Visited an uncle here who gave us a tour. Being from Sydney, I found this place to cater better to active over-50s than just providing a place to age comfortably. At less that 2hrs from where I live, I've put this place on the short list of places to go when I retire!

Visiting my sister and brother in law, fantastic place to live with loads to do. Great chef in the club house, craft room. Gym indoor and out door pool tennis courts bowls, what more do you need. Fabulous

My sister has moved here and is very happy. Manageable fees and rent assistance from fed government. NO 30% PLUS FEE WHEN SELLING.

Caring friendly community. More facilities than most 5 star resorts. Excellent chef providing free meals. Excellent on site Dr and nursing staff. Onsight hairdresser. Chemist to go in. Men’s shed. Lovely walks to river and duck ponds. 5 mins to ferry, Newcastle harbour, beaches, airport and public hospital. Resort bus takes you to major shopping centres. Huge amount of social activities. Designer landscaped homes with high quality inclusions for sale. Some with good size yards for grandchildren and pets.

Great place to live lovely people very friendly and the management team are fantastic people as well I would like to live there myself for the security convenience but found the price of the homes available to be very dear in price so that lets me and my lovely wife out in the cold
