My wife and I purchased through Angela - Ray White in July 2022 at the Cove Village and we just love our new life style, it is just a short drive to the beach, a ferry ride to Newcastle or a 7 min drive to Williamtown airport and 35 min drive to Port Stephens what more do you want in life. You can be as involved in as many activities as you wish - there is always something going on and everyone is friendly. We love it here no more stresses of city life. Thanks Mark & Anne

Enclosed estate for people over fifty very well maintained, reasonably handy location easy to head north . Easy drive to Stockton and surrounds.

We moved to the COVE a little over six months ago from Canberra after studying many other similar retirement village options. One feature that attracted us to the COVE was the fact that you own your home and you become part of the whole community that owns and manages the entire estate meaning you are not held captive by an external developer or management agency and there are no entry or exit fees. The estate is maintained in pristine condition by the elected committee. We have met some wonderful people and made many new friends already. The Social Club arranges great activities in which you can participate if you desire and the facilities including the pool at the clubhouse are all first rate. We look forward to our years living at the COVE and if you are thinking of downsizing to this style of living we believe you could not do better than to explore the options that the COVE offers. My wife and I have lived here for 5 years after moving from Port Macquarie. I play bowls once a week and enjoy the community spirit. There is plenty to do for the residents or as little as you want. The agent that we dealt with Angela Woods was very helpful and at all times kept us informed every step of the way. Our decision to move to the Cove was the best decision we have ever made.

I cannot believe what a great place The Cove Village is. I only wish we had moved here much earlier. We have such great amenities and a wonderful group of volunteers who work tirelessly keeping the community areas to such a high standard. We also have the security of knowing we own our property and land.

We have owned our home in The Cove Village for 6 years. We own our home, land and our share of the community facilities. It has suited us perfectly in retirement with many friendly neighbours. As it is owned by the residents with “community title” there is no external management only our internal management committee. We also have an excellent social club. We are free to choose any agent we wish when the time comes to sell. Of course as a private village access is limited to invited visitors and is not open to the public, especially during current circumstances.

Moving to The Cove " Over 55's " lifestyle village 9 months ago was the best decision that I could have possibly made. I simply love living there. Have made some wonderful new friends that I would never had met. There is always something happening / bus trips / Chefs Dinners / Heaps more. The great thing about The Cove - YOU own your own land. Come and check it out for yourself before it's too late. The last stage is nearing completion.

The best environment, today we shared all the September birthdays at a get together, what a great afternoon.!! This is the best decision I ever made, I have loved every moment of the past 11 months since having moved here. Do as much or as little as you like. I have made so many friends whose company I love sharing. Newcastle and Port Stephens are the best.
