Afte living here for over six years I can honestly say it was the best decision of my life to move here. Residents and staff are friendly and supportive. Having an on site cafe is a real bonus as it helps promote a real community spirit.

I’ve been a resident at Tricare Hastings Point Retirement Community for about 10 weeks now. Local and company management made my moving in a relatively easy process. I’ve been cheerfully welcomed by the other residents and have had an easy time getting involved in community activities (despite the COVID lockdowns across the whole local area). I’m looking forward to many happy and healthy years living here. My unit is ground floor, bright and airy and I have my small yard (which is mowed by Tricare contracted gardeners) while I can potter about in my gardens. Loving life!

My husband and i moved to TriCare on 21 January 2013. It was certainly going to be a new experience for us in our golden years. I thought I would miss my garden but now we have all that here and more. For anyone thinking of an over 55 independent living complex, I would advise a tour of our lovely village.

Thank you TriCare for creating a wonderful environment to live in where lasting friendships are formed over a coffee or joining in the many activities within the Village. Our Manager and Staff are the best, we are very lucky.

Have been living in this community for approximately 8 years, the management and staff are excellent. Would say I know by name most of the people in the village, we are fortunate to have great hairdressers, a lovely little cafe (The Nook) who cater for our needs and a health hub, what more could we ask for. I am happy to call Tri Care my home.

A wonderful place to live. Large modern apartments across the road from a beautiful beach. Great community spirit with many friendships made. Exceptional management and staff making life all the more easy for residents.

The times we spend at Tricare are fun filled every day With carpet bowls a game of cards or croquet golf to play An expertly set up seniors gym darts and snooker table Two pools one deep the other shallow for those of us not able A garden filled with veggies for everyone to share Nurtured by the residents with a little time to spare A coffee or a plate of scones from our own Café The NOOK Or a wonder though the library to find your next favourite book A bus to take you shopping or a fun gathering together Or relaxing with the latest movie in our comfortable theatre Gardens maintained by attentive staff always with a smile And a Manager and assistant who will always go that extra mile When we downsized to TRICARE we were looking for something nice But instead we’ve found in our first three years a slice of Paradise MIKE WILSDON Unit 39 Hasting Point Tricare
