Such a wonderful retirement place for over 55s. Friendly staff and great meals at the restaurant. Professionals on site staff to assist residents in daily living. Located with close proximity to a new shopping complex.

The modern retirement village witches reasonably modern and it comprises of four different residential buildings and a Central Community Building and BBQs. The pricing factor of buying into these is not an investment and a bit of a rip off as they continue to put off doing things like re-carpeting or repainting. The village of self is reasonably well set out and only a couple of hundred m walk from a small shopping centre and the village also provides a minibus for taking residents 2 Menai shopping centre
