My mother died here and they didn’t even have the decency to contact me even after she passed. I called them a month after she passed, still unaware as I live interstate, and asked to speak to her treating Doctor. I was told they would call back. They never did. I didn’t find out she passed until I received a call from the government executor of her will. Don’t send your loved ones here. My father’s nursing home in another state had the decency to call me during Covid times so that I could be there with him before he passed. Just think about this if you put your trust in them to care for a loved one. Rather than reaching out to me now to apologize all you can do is ask me to contact you and fill out a form. Typical. Any ethical business would have been on the phone calling me personally. Let this be a lesson for anyone considering using this business.
