RE: Resident Pat Lane, posted for Stephen On the 6th May, I visited my sister who is a resident at Sarah Claydon, Milton. After travelling from Tasmania for the visit, I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and quality of the centre. I found the staff were friendly, helpful and caring towards the residents. In particular we were welcomed and assisted by nurse Sandra who was very helpful and kind to us. I left the centre contented that my sister was in good care. Written by Stephen

Not a nice place to put our loved ones in.Welcome by a fake smile from Staff and pretend to be nice. Staff Suzie and Ruth in Meroo was rude and nasty to the residents when they needed help to go to the toilet, they are so fake.Still don't know why the Manager cannot go and check their work,And Another staff Deborah and Dorothy in Morton sitting outside most of the time smoking.

IRT Sarah Claydon is a retirement village which has facilities from stand alone units all the way to high care facilities. Located close to Milton village and hospital. I found the staff to be caring and knowledgeable. There are common areas and outdoor areas for the residents to enjoy. The rooms are comfortable and functional. Activities are offered both indoor and outdoor, and excursions for shopping and sightseeing etc are available. Food appears good with menus changing daily. Other facilities include a room for Sunday worship and a hairdressing salon available every week or so. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility.
