A retirement village centrally located within the old Oran Park Racetrack Precinct. Run by Anglicare I believe. The tenants appear happy to be outside of the city in a semi rural enviroment. Some concerns about electrical wiring there that was subject to a recall. Unit I visited had only a sinģle supply to 1 circuit replaced despite having to leave her apartment for 2 days. All the other circuits were still non compliant cabling. She was told all work was completed by 2 electricians ? Does sound like Anglicare was scammed twice. Managed to not only fix her 2 way switching also enabled her under counter lights that she did not realise she had despite being the first owner of some 2? odd years. If considering a unit here DO get the place checked out by a reliable competant electrician first. But only if you want sleep soundly of a night 😂
