My father was there for 3.5 years until last month. Amazing facilities and the staff were amazing. They treated him so well he himself was recommending Melrose to his friends. As for the Managers Abby and Sangeeta just went over and beyond in their care to my father and the care they gave us as a family. All RN's were so helpful when we needed something done. They were extremely gentle and kind when the end came in their care and looked after us too. All care staff were always obliging and helpful. Overall an amazing place.

My mum loves it here & that's all that matters. Sue is awsome as are all the staff. From reception staff to the registered nurses, cleaning staff & kitchen staff are all wonderful.

Management was disorganised and had a horrible experience. Apparently staffs were friendly and caring so thats a highlight. The facility is quite big and sitting on a decent size of block, garden and all the pathway look good and well maintained. But issues with the management need to be fixed.
