Ive been there many times over the past few years. The staff have always be great and when i had a family matter the manager even let me stay and they accomodated me in a nearby room. And just a stroll up the road to cafes and restraunts for a good feed

The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. Overall, a great stay and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Stayed over the Christmas period this week and it was a lovely cabin considering we only booked on Christmas Eve. The cabin was outdated and is need of an update asap but it was liveable if you’re not fussy. The only thing that was disappointing was the oven didn’t work. We rented out 3 cabins and none of the ovens worked which meant I couldn’t cook our Xmas Ham. Maybe it’s something management should look into. Making sure everything works in the cabins before hiring them out. We couldn’t ring anyone because there was no staff on site on Xmas & Boxing Day. Other than that can’t complain. You get what you pay for and it was pleasant.

Great staff. I'm sorry I forgot the person at receptions name but she was very friendly. When we arrived booking in was easy. The place is quiet although it seems they have people who work away staying so there is a little noise around 5am onwards. The cabins are not very sound proof and are pretty much prefab dwellings which are pretty cold in winter. Thankfully they have new AC systems. Too cold for the pool though it is there to use. Just up the road there is lovely restaurants and across ther road is the river walk and place for a jog. If you're that way inclined. All in all a great place to stay , the kids had play areas and had a good time.

I had an excellent experience at Nepean Shores. Communication for check in was excellent - despite me arriving after hours. My king studio was very clean and modern. The park is pleasant and well kept. (Yes wifi was missing but that's not them end of the world)

This is nice. Quite. Grounds looked tidy. The pool was very clean, which was a good thing. Only thing, they need hand towels in bathroom. So if they don’t supply you with one go and ask the reception area. Hopefully they won’t charge. Plus the Aircon where we stayed was working great first day. After that we were frozen . I have filled out the form they leave with you. Plus I handed it in to reception and spoke to a male. This place is close to Penrith Panthers. Out back steak house. MacDonalds. KFC. Plus the beautiful Nepean River. Where you can take a stroll, because it’s right across the road from Nepean Shores.

Beautiful area. Nice and quiet. Yes, there were things that needed fixing in our cabin, but we had everything we needed (even a bathtub which i was most excited about lol) I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

My husband and I are very happy with the purchase process from beginning to end. Tina was helpful, professional, and welcoming. We haven't moved in just yet as we are having some work done.
