I wanted to take this opportunity to that Ryan and the team at Rochford place for supporting and helping in providing their Club house for my mums Memorial service after her passing. The respect shown was beyond compare . Thank you again . I would recommend Ryan and the team to anyone who may have the sad news of having to remember their loved ones with family and friends around them . Kindest of regards Adrian Cox

Lend-lease "Do Not" look after the interests of their residents. They certainly know how to charge for everything. Governments need to regulate these leaches. What do they (Lend Lease) actually pay for ? The residents cover the cost of the operation, with not a lot on offer in return.

My mother has lived in the village for 9 years now, over that time the monthly fees have grown exponentially and the services have reduced. It took 9 months for a street light to be fixed out front of my mothers villa and this was a safety concern that was voiced to management, by a number of people, on a number of occasions. My mother has also relayed a story to me of one of her neighbours having a significant sized hole in her ceiling from the storms back in February and this is only now scheduled for repair after the homeowner had been put through so much distress trying to get this repair done. Early on in the piece there was a great Manager named Karen running the place and since she has left residents feel that maintenance has really declined, and there is just poor management and communication in general. Apparently the clubhouse is getting a new paint job when there are residents who have put in requests months and months ago for their homes to get a freshen up.....is this not part of the maintenance program they pay for? My mother is on her own, on a single pension and I'm sure you can appreciate her pension can only go so far....you would expect when a large chunk of her pension is being spent on monthly fees that our parents will be receiving the best care, safety and maintenance and unfortunately I am quite concerned these basic needs are not being met. You need to keep in mind this village is not far from the Mt Druitt/housing commission areas, there have been occasions of people walking through the village and stealing...and you take over 9 months to repair a street light! NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I just tried calling the 1800 number to discuss my concerns but had to leave a message. I encourage mum to make a complaint but a) she is not tech savvy at all, b) has heard a number of rumours of residents having bad experiences with Donna when they have come to discuss one issue or another and finally, she just feels it will fall on deaf ears. LEND LEASE.....you need to look at your management team at Rochford Place and make some changes soon before something happens to one of your residents...safety is not a priority otherwise that light would have been fixed immediately, safety is not a concern otherwise a poor woman wouldn't be living in a home with a hole in the ceiling that most likely has water damage and will most likely have some mould or mildew growing and therefore will make her very ill......safety is not a priority for your elderly residents! I'm just so disappointed, because my mum used to be so happy living here and now all I hear from her is disappointment.

Quiet Peaceful Over 55's village of 300 Residents approx, has two clubhouses bowling green internal and external, swimming pool. Large BBQ Area.

No idea about prices etc but I know some lovely people there who do like to live there
