Buying and moving in was easy and convenient. The village is quite well maintained and the staff are helpful and pleasant to deal with. All the residents we have met so far have been lovely and welcoming. Being an older village it's showing a bit of wear and tear (some roads could do with resurfacing and some cottages look a bit old) but overall great environment. Easy 12 minutes walk to Stanhope Village shops and Parklea Markets just across Sunnyholt Road.

I've been a Stanhope gardens local exactly like 5 seconds of summer For decades, I've lived here my whole life. I'm still amazed by how beautiful it is

The Property Manager- Ann, is professional, friendly and very easy to deal with. From my first inquiry to settlement of purchase of my house had been seemless. I have been enjoying my first week of stay in Hometown so far! Joanne, the receptionist is also lovely and helpful.

Great place to retire to. Very friendly neighbours and staff. Great facilities including 2 swimming pools and 2 spas.

Lovely place to live . Great for 50' and over. Has 2 pools a hair dresser beautiful gardens .
