Palm Lakes can not manage retirement villages They’re just going for quick and easy +50 places Local managers have no authority to solve any problems They pay staff peanuts Staff turnover is high 4 years to fix a simple street light problem (Oh we need a cherry picker) 5 tries to fix a exhaust fan light 3 month wait to fix garage door People waiting year to get bathroom fixed Walking away from flooded homes Forcing people to use their internet access company (they own) Get a good solicitor if you deal with them

Appears to be a really well managed, gated community with a diverse array of facilities for entertainment and friendly interaction. Was visiting to inspect a number of maintenance works throughout the resort.

Lovely community of people. Management has deteriorated in the last year or so. They listen to us and promise to fix the issues but don't. I'd much rather they just said 'no'. There are too few ground staff and only one or two decent ones who do most of the work. The community bus is great.
