Well laid out retirement village great on site facility's off lead dog park,heated residents pool, nice visitor pool and B B Q area ,residents caravan storage , grest shopping centre close by includibg Bunnings,Ikea and cosco plus many more ,easy security axcess if thinking of moving to an over 55s life style village well worth a visit

Mum moved into a new build here. We visit regularly. Great little community with plenty of options for socialising. The best feature, and hey I could be biased, is the community pool for families and the neat BBQ area. So awesome and the kids absolutely love visiting "Nan's pool"

BUYER BEWARE : look at the "Community RULES" closely, very very closely. You may find that you will be living under a dictatorship with the Manager on site there. The homes are pretty great. The Site fees $185 / week a killer on a pension. My local council rates are $300 / 3 months. $80 / quarter water rates. Do your math. mine would be $2220 apposed to $380.

It was quite a nice place to visit with Friend's. I like that it's not too far to travel and still within a stone's throw of the city whilst still having a holiday feel.

Beware of wolves in sheep's clothing. Not mobility challenged friendly. Frequent smell of gas. They recycle your money by charging a premium to buy there then charge commission to sell your place if you leave. Remember your a Tennant not a land owner.
